Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders are processed within 1 business day of confirmation. Once confirmed, dispatch follows the method shown on the product page:

  • Next Day: shipped the next business day after confirmation.
  • 3–5 Days: shipped within 3 to 5 business days.
  • 18–20 Days: shipped within 18 to 20 business days for sourced-to-order items.

These timelines refer to dispatch, not final delivery.

Delivery Timelines

After dispatch, delivery typically takes a few additional business days depending on your location and the courier. Metro locations are usually faster than remote or non-serviceable pin codes. Estimated timelines are indicative and not guaranteed.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if any, are calculated and displayed at checkout before you pay, based on the order value, weight and destination. Any applicable charges are shown transparently — there are no hidden fees added after purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we share a tracking link and courier details by email/SMS. You can use it to follow your shipment. If tracking does not update for an unusually long period, contact us and we will investigate with the courier.

Delivery Partners & Serviceability

We ship through reputed third-party courier partners. Serviceability depends on the delivery pin code. If your area is not serviceable, we will contact you to arrange an alternative or issue a refund for the affected item.

Delays & Exceptions

Delivery may be delayed due to events beyond our control — weather, strikes, regional restrictions, courier backlogs or incorrect/incomplete addresses. We are not liable for such delays but will assist you in tracking and resolving the shipment.

Failed or Undelivered Deliveries

If a shipment is returned to us undelivered because of an incorrect address, repeated unavailability, or refusal to accept, we will contact you to re-ship (re-shipping charges may apply) or process an eligible refund after deducting applicable costs.
