Shipping Policy

How Hype Collective processes, verifies, dispatches, tracks, and resolves orders across its marketplace network.

Order confirmation

After a successful checkout, Hype Collective sends an order confirmation to the email or phone number used at checkout. This confirms that your order has entered our system, but final fulfilment still depends on payment verification, stock confirmation, and internal order checks.

Processing and dispatch

Orders are verified through our marketplace and fulfilment network before dispatch. Ready-stock pieces usually move faster, while sourced or partner-held inventory may require additional verification. Product pages and variant selectors may show fulfilment timing where available.

  • Payment and fraud checks are completed before dispatch.
  • Stock variance may be resolved through a size swap, restock attempt, replacement, store credit, or refund where applicable.
  • Peak drops, sale periods, courier constraints, or partner-side delays may extend timelines.

Tracking and notifications

Once dispatched, tracking details are shared by email, SMS, WhatsApp, or the available order communication channel. Please monitor your inbox and spam folder so delivery attempts are not missed.

Delivery attempts and address accuracy

Couriers typically attempt delivery to the shipping address provided during checkout. Hype Collective is not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses, unavailable recipients, or unreachable phone numbers. Redelivery may require an additional shipping fee.

Damaged, delayed, or missing shipments

If your shipment arrives damaged, tampered, or materially different from what was ordered, contact support within 48 hours with clear images of the packaging, product, label, and order ID. We will review the issue and offer the appropriate resolution based on the case.
