# Shipping Policy

_Effective from 1st November, 2025_

This Shipping Policy is issued by METACIRCLES PRIVATE LIMITED, which owns and operates Hype Collective (https://hype-collective.com). It explains how orders are confirmed, processed, dispatched, tracked, and delivered, and sets out the responsibilities of both the Company and the Customer. By placing an order on the Platform, the Customer agrees to the terms set out below.

## 1. Scope

This policy applies to all orders placed on the Hype Collective Platform. Hype Collective provides worldwide shipping for apparel and sneakers, and ships across India. Orders are fulfilled either from the Company's warehouse in Gurgaon, India, or through its trusted seller partners.

## 2. Order Confirmation

a) Once an order is placed and payment (or the applicable advance, in the case of Partial COD) is received, the Customer will receive an order confirmation via email and/or SMS.

b) The order confirmation acknowledges that the order has been received. It does not by itself guarantee dispatch or delivery, which remain subject to verification, stock availability, and acceptance by the Company or its seller partners.

c) Customers are strongly advised to retain this confirmation for future correspondence or verification. It serves as the primary reference for order tracking, delivery status, and any return or refund request.

d) If the Customer does not receive an order confirmation within a reasonable period following payment, it is their responsibility to notify the Company promptly at info@hype-collective.com, as such non-receipt may indicate a technical issue or an unsuccessful transaction.

## 3. Processing and Dispatch Timeline

a) New orders are processed and dispatched within the timeline communicated at checkout for the relevant product, excluding weekends and public holidays.

b) Different products may carry different dispatch and delivery timelines depending on the seller and sourcing route. The shipping timeline shown on the product and in the order summary at the time of purchase shall apply to that order.

c) Where a product is sourced through a seller partner, dispatch timelines depend on the partner's sourcing and authentication process, and the Customer will be kept informed of the expected timeline.

d) Hype Collective endeavours to dispatch every order within the stated window, but timelines may be affected by stock variance, authentication, or events beyond the Company's reasonable control.

## 4. Tracking and Notifications

a) Upon dispatch, a tracking number is shared with the Customer via email and/or SMS so the shipment can be tracked through the relevant courier provider's platform.

b) Tracking information may take up to 24-48 hours to become active after dispatch, depending on the courier's systems.

c) If the Customer does not receive tracking details within the expected dispatch window, or if the provided tracking number is invalid, inactive, or unresponsive, the Customer is advised to contact the support team at info@hype-collective.com. The support team will help verify the dispatch status and resolve any logistical issues.

## 5. Delivery Attempts and Address Accuracy

a) It is the Customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address and contact information at checkout. Hype Collective shall not be liable for any loss, delay, or misdelivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

b) Customers are encouraged to double-check their shipping information at checkout and immediately notify the support team at info@hype-collective.com if corrections are required before dispatch.

c) Delivery will be attempted up to two times. If the Customer is unavailable on both attempts, the order will be returned to Hype Collective. Re-delivery is subject to additional shipping charges, which must be paid by the Customer before re-dispatch.

## 6. Delays, Liabilities and Force Majeure

a) Delays caused by courier companies after dispatch are beyond Hype Collective's control. While the Company will make reasonable efforts to expedite delivery, it shall not be held liable for any delays, damages, or losses occurring after the product has left its warehouse or the seller partner's facility.

b) Hype Collective shall not be liable for any failure or delay in delivery caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, war, terrorism, civil unrest, strikes, power or internet outages, or disruptions in supply or logistics.

## 7. Damaged Shipments

a) If a Customer receives a package that is damaged in transit, the Customer must immediately notify Hype Collective's support team at info@hype-collective.com.

b) The complaint must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photographic and/or video evidence of the external packaging and the affected product(s), and a continuous unboxing video where required under the Refund & Exchange Policy.

c) Hype Collective will assess the matter and provide a resolution in accordance with its Refund & Exchange Policy.

## 8. Refund, Exchange, Cancellation and Returns

a) All refund, exchange, replacement, cancellation, and return matters are governed by the Hype Collective Refund & Exchange Policy and the Cancellation Policy set out in the Terms & Conditions, which the Customer should read together with this Shipping Policy.

b) To raise any shipping-related return, exchange, or cancellation request, the Customer must notify the support team within the timeline specified in the Refund & Exchange Policy (generally within 72 hours of delivery for damage, defect, or incorrect-item claims) by writing to info@hype-collective.com.
