Origin: Designed by Designer. This release has a upper material upper. PS is preschool sizing, the smallest tier Jordan Brand builds, and it says something about the business that a shoe named after a most valuable player award exists for children who cannot tie laces. Black, Sail and Metallic Gold is a dressier palette than a preschool shoe usually gets, closer to an evening colourway than a playground one. The MVP 92 points back at the peak of the Chicago era rather than at the 1984 beginning, and the whole thing runs on a mark created after Peter Moore had Jordan recreate a leaping pose in Bulls gear. Since 1997 Jordan Brand has been a standalone Nike division, and dressing the youngest tier this seriously is part of how it grew.
