These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of hype-collective.com and any purchase made through it. The store is operated by Metacircles Technologies Private Limited ("Hype Collective", "we", "us"). By using the website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

• "Platform" means the website hype-collective.com and related services.
• "User", "you" means any person who accesses the platform or places an order.
• "Products" means the goods listed for sale on the platform.
• "Order" means a request to purchase products that we have confirmed.

Hype Collective provides an online platform for the sale of curated premium fashion, footwear, accessories and lifestyle products. These terms set out the rules for using the platform and the basis on which we sell products to you.

You may use the platform and place orders only if you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. By transacting, you confirm that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or are used for fraudulent activity.

We take care to describe products accurately, but colours, images and specifications may vary slightly due to photography, screen settings or manufacturer updates. All products are subject to availability, and we may limit quantities or discontinue any item without prior notice.

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to change prices at any time before your order is confirmed. Payments are processed through secure third-party gateways; we do not store your full card details.

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm dispatch. We may decline or cancel an order — before or after confirmation — for reasons including stock unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud or failure of verification, in which case any amount paid is refunded.

Cancellations, returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by our separate Cancellations & Returns and Cash on Delivery policies, which form part of these terms.

All content on the platform — including the Hype Collective name, logo, text, graphics, images and layout — is owned by or licensed to Metacircles Technologies Private Limited and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or exploit any content without our prior written permission.

You agree not to use the platform to: violate any law; infringe our or others' rights; upload malicious code; attempt unauthorised access; scrape or harvest data; place fraudulent or speculative orders; or interfere with the platform's operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Metacircles Technologies Private Limited is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of the platform or products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Metacircles Technologies Private Limited, its directors, employees and partners from any claim, loss or expense arising out of your breach of these terms or your misuse of the platform.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Gurugram, Haryana.

We may revise these terms at any time. The version in effect when you place an order applies to that order. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
