Authenticity

Every item we list is checked for authenticity before it ships. We sell genuine products only and do not knowingly list counterfeit or replica goods. If you ever receive an item you believe is not authentic, contact our support team and we will make it right under our refund and returns policy.

How orders are fulfilled

Orders placed on Hype Collective are processed and dispatched by our fulfilment team. Each product page shows the shipping timeline for that item (for example Instant Ship, 3-5 Days, or 18-20 Days).
