Overview
To keep checkout secure for customers and seller partners, Hype Collective offers Partial Cash on Delivery on select products. Choosing COD means you reserve your order with a part payment now and pay the rest in cash when the order is delivered. By selecting COD, you agree to the terms below, which Hype Collective may update from time to time.

Eligibility
COD availability depends on the product and the delivery pin code, as determined by our logistics partners. Not every product qualifies for COD, and availability can change without notice.
- COD applies to orders where a 30% advance is paid to reserve the product.
- The 30% advance is non-refundable once the order is confirmed.
- Eligibility may depend on product value, stock, seller preference, and logistics constraints.

Advance payment
To reserve the product, you pay 30% of the order value at checkout. This advance blocks the item, gives it sourcing priority, and routes it for authentication. The advance secures your reservation, is non-refundable once the order is confirmed, and helps cover authentication and sourcing costs. If the advance is not completed in time, the order may be cancelled.

Balance on delivery
The remaining 70% is paid in cash to the delivery agent on successful delivery. Please verify the product before paying, keep the receipt the agent provides, and report any discrepancy to the agent right away. If you are unavailable, a second attempt is made; repeated failure may add re-shipping charges. A size exchange can only be raised after the full balance is paid and the product is accepted, subject to the exchange policy.

Refusal at delivery
If you refuse the order or hand the package back at your doorstep, the 30% advance is not refunded, and your account may be restricted from future COD. Repeated refusals can lead to a permanent COD ban, and you may be responsible for additional logistics costs.

For any COD query, write to hypecollective2026@gmail.com with your order ID. COD service is subject to availability, valid ID may be requested at delivery, and disputes must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. This policy is governed by Indian law with jurisdiction at Gurgaon courts.
