Cash on Delivery Policy

How Partial Cash on Delivery works on Hype Collective: the 30% advance to reserve your order, the 70% balance on delivery, and the terms that apply.

Partial COD

Eligible cash-on-delivery orders may require a 30% advance payment before fulfilment. This amount reserves the product and confirms purchase intent.

Advance payment

The advance payment is collected through the available online payment methods shown during checkout or order confirmation. Hype Collective starts order processing only after this advance is confirmed.

Balance payment

The remaining 70% is payable at delivery where COD is available. Please keep the delivery phone number reachable so the courier can complete the handoff.

Cancellations

Cancellation requests are reviewed based on the fulfilment stage, product type, sourcing status, and payment status. Once seller confirmation, sourcing, authentication, or dispatch has started, cancellation approval may be limited.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method. Payment gateway and banking timelines may apply after refund initiation.
