Who sells the products on this website?

All products are sold directly by Hype Collective. Your purchase contract is with Hype Collective, and we are responsible for the order, delivery, and support.

Are the products authentic?

Yes. Every item is checked for authenticity before it ships. We sell genuine products only. If you believe an item is not authentic, contact us and we will resolve it under our refund policy.

How long does delivery take?

Each product page shows its shipping timeline (for example Instant Ship, 3-5 Days, or 18-20 Days). After your order ships you receive tracking by email. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

How is my order processed and shipped?

Once you place an order you receive an email confirmation. Our fulfilment team prepares and dispatches the item, and you receive a tracking link when it ships. Delivery is available worldwide and across India.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major cards, UPI, net banking, and other methods shown at checkout. Cash on Delivery is available at checkout where eligible. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider.

Can I return or exchange an item?
